Kara Holden is portraying the Witch in the Sondheim cast for Into The Woods. While relatively new to theater (and public singing), she has previously been seen on the HCCT stage as Winifred Banks in Mary Poppins and was a costumer for several productions last season. She also deeply enjoyed assisting with the Juniors and Kids summer camps this year.
She will be sharing the stage in this production with her daughter Allie playing Little Red and son Cooper playing Milky White. It has been her greatest joy watching her husband Ryan step into his first foray with assistant directing and using his music education background to teach her the beast that is Sondheim.
She would like to thank the love of her life for always supporting her and their children in their hearts desires and always coming along for the ride. She wants to thank her family and friends for once again being understanding during the business of rehearsals and for their support and understanding.
